Under the CWPS IT Assist program, you will be assigned a dedicated Technical Account Manager that is responsible for handling the non-tactical aspects of your support. One of the key deliverables from CWPS in this area is your Business Review. At these meetings, you are given a most current documentation set, presented an asset management schedule and a most current budget. Additionally, CWPS reviews your support activities against intelligent algorithms and makes recommendations for improvement. You will get a sense for the health of your IT environment versus similar clients in the CWPS portfolio, which is helpful when determining IT budget allocation.
CWPS Is Your Liaison to “Line of Business” Applications
Every business has applications that are unique to their industry or their business. CWPS is an expert at core infrastructure and we serve a broad customer base, allowing us to seamlessly facilitate your relationship with virtually any vendor. In many cases, our clients keep active support agreements with these vendors while CWPS acts as a liaison on our client’s behalf.
