CWPS Tools and Technology
CWPS utilizes a variety of tools and technologies to monitor, manage, remediate and report in our customer environments. CWPS uses the CWPS Management System (CMS) for IT Service Management, Autotask for Professional Services Automation (PSA), Surveillant for Network Monitoring (NMS), the IT Fitness Database for Asset Management, SLA/SLO reporting and long range planning, Mimecast Email Management and Webroot for Endpoint Security.
CWPS has also introduced many industry best practice processes to include Incident Management, Service Request, Change Request and Project Management along with Long Range Planning and Service Desk operations.
Collectively, the Tools, Technology and Processes provide the framework for the delivery of our services and for achieving our mutually agreed upon Service Level Objectives (SLOs). With the full cooperation of the Client, we feel we can mitigate much of the risk associated with your IT environment. This includes risk associated with your network infrastructure, server environment, desktops and workstations, security and backup and disaster recovery systems.
