CWPS designed, installed, and now supports an IP Phone system for the Coast Guard’s multi-building campus at the Navy Yard in Washington, D.C. The IP voice network, which also serves the Coast Guard’s call center, is supported by on-site CWPS engineers who function as the Coast Guard’s help desk and who are also responsible for monitoring and managing the Coast Guard’s IP data infrastructure.
