CWPS Voice & Data Network Support Gives Tiny Jewel Box Gift of Time

CHANTILLY, VA, August 14, 2006 – CWPS, Inc., a leading provider of information technology solutions for business and government, today announced that it has become the full service technology partner of Tiny Jewel Box, one of the world’s most prestigious shops, offering jewelry, fine gifts and collectibles from its historic building in Washington, D.C.
To support the store’s expansion into new space and accommodate future applications, CWPS will engineer and install an IP phone system with extra capacity for growth. The new system’s web based management interface will give the store’s IT team more control and reduce costs by limiting the need for technician visits. A five year agreement with CWPS will provide around-the-clock support.
CWPS will also keep watch over the store’s entire network – proactively monitoring PCs, servers, data switches, and phones – and respond when support is needed.
