(LPI), an employment services and temporary staffing firm in Washington, D.C.

CWPS designed a converged voice-data network across the firm’s multiple locations. Standalone phone systems were replaced with a single IP voice platform to connect its DC, New York and Virginia locations. Now, T1 links support desktop video, unified messaging, and intra-office calling between locations.

Users can easily change phone features from their web browsers and online management tools gives the IT team full control over communication resources at any location.

A Cisco router is deployed at each site with built-in firewall protection. If a T1 link to any location fails, calls are automatically rerouted to local dial tone until the headquarters T1 link is restored.
