JUSTICE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

The JFCU had outgrown its legacy call center arrangement. Split among centers in West Virginia, Chantilly, and remote branches, there was no effective way to hand off calls between locations, which meant some callers had to wait longer than necessary for service. To overcome these limitations CWPS implemented an enterprise-wide Unified Communications solution from Cisco.
