Customer Success is the union between the promise of our service delivery performance and your desired business outcomes. CWPS's Customer Success Team is the key to delivering upon the expectations established with your CWPS Account Executive. Customer Success will provide a prescriptive customer engagement throughout the lifecycle of our business relationship.  

 


Deliverables

  • A Customer Success Coordinator is assigned to your organization from Day 1 of the engagement and for the lifecycle of the relationship.
  • Provide daily "Cup of Coffee" reporting of help desk, infrastructure and desk top performance through data driven IT BI tools, dashboards, KPI's, etc.
  • Organize and deliver the Quarterly Business Review to discuss past performance, adoption of services, project status, budgets, strategic direction and more.
  • Provide escalation services to include service desk escalation, on-site dispatch, expedited project delivery, on-going training services, etc.
  • Enablement of your personalized training portal designed to help you maximize your investments with CWPS and our partners.
