  • Introduce CWPS's full-service Customer Success Team and conduct meetings to understand your organization’s goals with clear and concise communication.
  • Discover and document information about your IT environment and determine specific goals.
  • Coordinate meetings to review observations and procedures on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure that your organization is fully aware and informed of each phase of the Customer Success Journey.
  • Deploy the suite of CWPS's tools & technologies to include work station and server agents, network monitoring tools and ticketing system.
